This agreement governs your use of the dmslot platform. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any real-money wager.

6.4 Bonuses are for personal use only. They may not be transferred between Accounts or monetised through any arrangement with a third party.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dmslot's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 dmslot makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability.
12.1 dmslot reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, and withhold or void any balance therein, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or regulatory requirement.
12.2 A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting dmslot customer support via Live Chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to a verified payment method registered to the Account.
12.3 Accounts that have been inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. A monthly account maintenance fee of RM 10 will be applied to dormant account balances, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority licence under which dmslot operates.
